- Auto parts, oils, fluids and accessories can be returned within 14 days if they are in their original condition.
- Tuning parts are NOT returnable.
- Return costs are at the customer's expense.
- The refund will be made within 30 days in the same way as the payment was made.

Return of products purchased at a discount
- If a customer returns a product purchased on promotion, the refund will be based on the discounted price, not the original price of the product.
- If the promotion was tied to the purchase of multiple items, in the event of a partial return, the discount is canceled and the customer will receive a refund adjusted for the remaining products.
