I. General conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between: “VP Capital” EOOD, UIC: 206086912, with registered office and management address: Bulgaria, Sofia, Vazrazhdane district, bl. 6, ent. A, fl. 1, Our store "The Cave" and you - the users who use the website: https://thecavegarage.com. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

II. Registration and orders

1. To place an order, you can register or shop as a guest.
2. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and true information when ordering.
3. The company is not responsible for non-fulfillment of orders due to incorrect data.

III. Prices and payment

1. All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT.
2. We accept payments via Cash on Delivery and Bank Card upon delivery.
3. Product prices do not include shipping costs.

IV. Delivery

1. Deliveries are made with Econt and Speedy within 1 to 3 business days.
2. Delivery is made to the address or courier office specified by the customer.
3. The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt and inform the courier of any possible damage.

V. Returns and complaints

1. The customer has the right to return auto parts, oils, special fluids and accessories within 14 days if they have not been used and are in their original condition.
2. Tuning parts are NOT returnable.
3. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
4. The money will be refunded within 30 days in the same way as the payment was made.
